Installing Mac OS X from an iPod
By admin | November 20, 2008
This is a quick demonstration of installing Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard) onto a Core Duo MacBook from a 30 GB 5G iPod. I no long have the Leopard disk image or OS on my hard drive. I will buy a genuine retail box copy in Jan. after MacWorld. I suggest everyone else do the same. I will NOT reply to any questions or comments in regard to this video. DON’T STEAL MAC OS X!

This is not very good for the iPod’s Hard disk.
This is fine on a flash based iPod (Nano, Touch, etc), but it can shorten the life of your iPod’s hard drive.
